In the event that one does not want to have Deledao's extension to be deployed to Chrome browsers running on devices other than Chromebooks, such as home or staff computers, Deledao has added an option to have the extension disable itself if installed on non-Chromebook devices.
This option is given since deploying Deledao's extension to Chromebooks via Google Workspace requires one to 'force install' for certain OUs and unfortunately, it’s not possible to configure Google Workspace to force install the extension to only Chromebooks devices.
- Log into Deledao admin console.
- Navigate to the Configuration tab, and select Global Settings on the left.
- Enable the option “Use Chrome extension to filter Chromebooks only”.
