The Deledao admin/teacher portal login credentials won’t work at Deledao's Support System.
In order to view tickets sent to support@deledao.com, create a separate Deledao support system account by clicking the "sign up" button in the upper right corner of the Deledao Support page.
Use the same email address that was used to send the ticket to Deledao Support in order to view its status.
