Students have found a way to bypass the Deledao filtering. Students can go to chrome://settings/certificates and remove the trust from Amazon and Starfield Certificates.
To fix this issue go to Google Admin > Chrome > Settings > User Settings > Certificate Management (both policies) ---- set them to "disallow users ability to manage"
