When parent portal is enabled, there are various scenarios that school and parent rules can co-exist. The following explains under what condition, school or parent rule will take effect:
- If the device is on-campus, then school rule will take effect
- If it's within school hours as well as remote learning is enabled under parent portal, then school rule will take effect
- If remote learning as well as "Allow classes outside of school hours" are enabled, school rule will take effect during class time.
- For all other cases, parent rule will take effect.
