ActivePulse™ 24x7 extends the ActivePulse Student Wellness solution by providing human review of High Risk wellness alerts by Deledao Wellness Specialists.

Instead of requiring school personnel to continuously monitor wellness reports, Deledao Wellness Specialists review High Risk alerts and notify designated district contacts when intervention may be needed.

What is ActivePulse™ 24x7?

ActivePulse 24x7 combines AI-powered wellness detection with human review.

When a High Risk alert is generated:

  1. The alert is reviewed by a Deledao Wellness Specialist.
  2. Potential false positives are filtered out.
  3. Verified concerns are escalated to designated school contacts.
  4. Notifications are sent according to the district's escalation procedure.

This reduces alert fatigue while helping ensure critical alerts receive attention.

Benefits of ActivePulse 24x7

Districts choose ActivePulse 24x7 to:

  • Reduce false positives
  • Eliminate the need for staff to continuously monitor alerts
  • Receive expert human review
  • Ensure High Risk alerts are evaluated promptly
  • Provide after-hours coverage

How the Review Process Works

Step 1: Student Activity is Detected

ActivePulse identifies potentially concerning activity.

Step 2: Risk Level is Assigned

The AI system assigns a risk level.

Step 3: Human Review

High Risk alerts are reviewed by a Deledao Wellness Specialist.

Step 4: Escalation

If intervention may be required, the alert is routed to the appropriate district contact.

Who Gets Notified?

Notifications are sent to the recipients configured by the district.

Recipients may include:

  • Counselors
  • Mental health coordinators
  • Administrators
  • School resource officers
  • Crisis response teams

Notification routing is controlled through Alert Recipients and Escalation Procedures.

Best Practices

  • Create escalation procedures before enabling ActivePulse 24x7.
  • Verify all contact information.
  • Periodically test escalation procedures.
  • Review recipient assignments at least annually.
  • Ensure backup contacts are available.
