Cloud proxy solution can be used to filter web traffic on iPads, and it provides AI analysis of the content. In order to use cloud proxy, there are 3 pre-requisites:
- School's public IPs need to be provided to us. Currently cloud proxy solution only works for on-campus traffic.
- MDM needs to define mappings between users and devices so that when a profile is pushed a device, a user can be identified.
- The firewall outgoing port range 20,000 - 23,000 needs to be opened to allow traffic to our proxy servers.
There are 2 steps for deployment
- Push out a Deledao certificate through MDM. The certificate can be downloaded at https://cdn.deledao.net/download/proxy/cert/deledao.com.cer
- Push out a PAC URL through MDM. Since MDMs have different requirements on the PAC URL format, please reach out to Deledao support by telling us the MDM solution, and we will provide the PAC URL.
