Student wellness alerts can be escalated if not responded to by our escalation procedure feature. For example, if an alert is sent to a recipient and goes unanswered in 30 minutes, a second alert can be sent to another recipient. This escalation process can be repeated 3-5 times until a recipient responds.
An escalation procedure can be created by going to your Admin Console > Student Wellness > Escalation Procedures and click "Create Escalation Procedure". Choose a procedure name, wait period, add the recipient information, and click submit. Once the procedure has been created, you can add more recipients by clicking the '+' icon in the action column. Recipient can be toggled using the up and down arrow icons, edited, or deleted.
The escalation procedure will stop once an alert has been marked as investigated.
