Note: Please reach out to support@deledao.com to request the most up to date PKG installer.
Step 1: Deploy the Deledao PKG
Navigate to Apps > macOS in the sidebar.
Click + (Add) and select Upload PKG.
Upload the Deledao PKG file.
Once uploaded, click on the app to configure settings:
Scope: Select the device groups or specific machines where you want the proxy installed.
Automatic Installation: Ensure this is checked so the PKG installs automatically.
Step 2: Deploy Certificate and Trust Script
To handle the certificate trust on macOS Sequoia and later versions, you need to use `` the Scripting module in Jamf School.
A. Please reach out to support at: support@deledao.com to obtain a copy of the cert and script for the Jamf School Deployment.
B. Install the Certificate
In your Profiles section (or the same profile from Step 2), add a Certificate payload.
Upload the deledao.com.crt file.
Save the profile.
B. Execute the Trust Script
Navigate to Scripts in the sidebar.
Click + (Add) to create a new script.
Name it certInstall.sh.txt and paste your script content.
When to run: Set this to "Just once" to ensure it triggers after the PKG installation.
Scope: Apply the script to your target devices
Step 3: Configure Global HTTP Proxy (PAC)
You can obtain the PAC URL from your Deledao admin console > Deployment > Windows & Mac.
Navigate to Profiles in the sidebar.
Click + (Add) and select Create Profile > macOS.
Under General, give the profile a name (e.g., "Deledao PAC Profile").
Find the Proxy payload (or Global HTTP Proxy).
Set the Proxy Type to Automatic.
Enter the PAC URL provided by Deledao and apply this profile to the same target groups in step 1.
